Ingredients: Organic fractionated coconut oil, organic coconut oil, candelilla wax, mango butter, and essential oil of lemon, lavender, sweet orange, marjoram, spruce, cedarwood, petitgrain, vanilla CO2, rosalina, silver fir, pine, ginger, spearmint, roman chamomile, german chamomile, frankincense, juniper, pink pepper, damiana, and blue tansy.

Suggested use: Rub on bottoms of feet before bed. You can also rub on belly button, chest for a cold, down spine to reduce a fever, and behind ears and temples for head congestion. *Avoid eyes*
