Rice Heating Pads are good for sore muscles, cramps due to menstrual cycle and pairing with essential oils or salves. The heat helps drive the oils into the body. Place heat pad in microwave and heat until you get your desired temperature.
Heat for 1 minute and then 30 second increments until you reach your desired temperature (Warning- too long can cause a fire). If you heat too long, allow to cool until it’s at a more comfortable temperature.
Each heat pad is approximately 13x7in and weighs about 1lb and 7oz.
