Ingredients: Organic hemp oil, organic coconut oil, candelilla wax, mango butter, and essential oil of peppermint, wintergreen, helichrysum, blue tansy, cypress, marjoram, basil, grapefruit, lavender, camphor, ylang ylang, chamomile, osmanthus, clove, black pepper, copaiba, frankincense, spruce, and rosewood.

Suggested use: Rub on achy muscles. Alternate heat and ice for extra absorbency.

Store in a cool dark place to extend shelf life.
